Overview.
Many businesses already rely on Moniepoint to process payments every day. BrandDrive does not ask you to change that. Instead, it connects to your Moniepoint account so that transaction data flows into your BrandDrive records automatically. The result is less manual record-keeping, better visibility into your cashflow, and a more complete picture of your business finances, without changing how your team operates at the counter.

How it works.
Once connected, Moniepoint sends transaction notifications to BrandDrive via a secure webhook every time a selected event occurs: withdrawals, transfers, and POS transfers. BrandDrive receives these in real time and uses them to update your financial records automatically. After setup, you can run a test transaction to confirm the connection is working before going live.

How to configure.
Setting up the Moniepoint integration takes five steps.
Log in to your Moniepoint Business Dashboard, go to Settings, and open POS Terminal Configuration. Under POS Terminal Features, turn on ERP Integration and click Apply Changes.
In Settings, go to POS Apps Developer, then API Keys. Click New API Key, give it a name, set the type to General, choose a duration, and click Proceed. Select the businesses you want connected, set the environment to Production, turn on all permissions, and click Create. Copy the API key shown and paste it into BrandDrive's integration page immediately. You will not be able to see it again.
Still in POS Apps Developer, go to Webhooks and click New Subscription. Paste the webhook URL from your BrandDrive integration page, select Withdrawal, Transfer, and POS Transfers as transaction types, and click Submit.
Click Get API Secret, copy the code, and paste it into the correct field in BrandDrive. Click I Have Copied It to confirm.
Run a test transaction to verify the connection is live before processing real payments.
