Before BrandDrive, Thelma was running Nmaera across three disconnected systems: two physical shop locations and a WooCommerce store, each tracking inventory on its own. None of them talked to each other.

At the end of every week, she'd export her sales data from WooCommerce to see how much she'd made and how many products had sold. Then she'd do a manual inventory count across both shops, and adjust the quantities by hand, on WooCommerce and on the POS software in each location separately. The process took close to five hours a week, and it still wasn't enough to keep her ahead of the problem. Stock would oversell across channels multiple times before anyone caught it, and at the end of it all, she still couldn't say with confidence what her actual profit or income was. The issue wasn't a lack of effort. It was that no part of the business was actually talking to any other part.

Solution

Nmaera moved onto BrandDrive gradually, starting with WooCommerce sync and multi-branch inventory, then adding Offline POS for the locations where internet connectivity wasn't reliable.

BrandDrive's WooCommerce integration synced products, orders, and inventory across her online store in real time, while multi-branch tracking brought both physical shops into the same system. Offline POS meant her in-store sales kept recording accurately even when the connection dropped, syncing back up the moment it returned. To make the transition usable from day one, BrandDrive imported three-plus years of her historical sales and inventory data, so she wasn't starting from a blank slate. Real-time analytics meant Thelma could check her numbers from anywhere, not just when she was physically at one of her shops.
